The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations at Mountain Base Myoko. By confirming a booking, you agree to the payment schedule, cancellation policy, and conditions outlined below.
These terms are in place to ensure a fair and smooth booking process for both guests and the property. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. If you have any questions or require clarification, feel free to contact us prior to confirming your booking.
Smoking
Mountain Base Myoko is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not permitted anywhere inside the house or rooms.
Cleaning & House Care
Cleaning is provided during your stay. Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any intentional damage to the house or its contents may result in immediate termination of the stay.
Payment
- A 30% deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due:
90 days before arrival for Winter season bookings
30 days before arrival for Green season bookings
Payments are accepted via Wise or international bank transfer.
Please note that all bank and transfer fees are the guest’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
No-show
- 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
Winter season
- More than 90 days before arrival:
Full refund minus the 30% deposit - 90 days or less before arrival:
No refund (100% charge)
Green season
- More than 30 days before arrival:
Full refund minus the 30% deposit - 30–15 days before arrival (inclusive):
50% refund - 14 days or less before arrival:
No refund (100% charge)
Please note: Refund amounts may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations at the time of processing.
